1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
   2.1. KIAN STUDIO LTD specializes in luxury perfumery products.
   2.2. All product prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout.
   2.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but orders already placed will be processed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
   3.1. Orders are submitted through our online checkout system.
   3.2. We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Card payments (processed securely via myPOS).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   4.1. Delivery is available across all European countries by Speedy courier Service. 4.2. All orders are dispatched via Speedy courier service (and its regional logistics partners in Europe).
   4.3. Estimated delivery time across Europe is up to 2 weeks (14 business days), depending on the destination country.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY (14 DAYS)
   5.1. In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directives and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), retail customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
   5.2. Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Due to health protection, hygiene, and product integrity standards for perfumery, items with damaged, unsealed, or destroyed original packaging CANNOT be returned or refunded.
• To qualify for a return, the item must be completely unused, undamaged, and sealed in its intact original packaging.
  5.3. To request a return, contact us at kianstudio888@gmail.com prior to sending the package back. Return courier costs are paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  5.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. APPLICABLE LAW
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and EU consumer laws.
