1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) received the physical goods, without giving any reason.
- Condition of Goods: Due to the nature of perfumery and cosmetic products, items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact to be eligible for a return. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Effects of Cancellation & Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit/debit card or bank transfer) within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
- Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Order Cancellation by the Customer Prior to Shipping
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at kianstudio88@gmail.com or via phone. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your payment card.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
