1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders for Shh! Eau de Parfum are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Rates
- Bulgaria: Standard delivery via local courier services (Speedy / Econt). Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- European Union & Worldwide: Express international shipping via DHL / FedEx freight courier services. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and are calculated during checkout.
Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to trace your shipment in real time.
2. Returns & Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП) and European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the physical goods.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange under the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- Unopened & Unused: Due to health protection and hygiene regulations regarding cosmetics and fragrances, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.
- Packaging Integrity: The protective cellowrap/seal and luxury presentation box must be completely intact and free of damage.
- Proof of Purchase: You must present a valid receipt, invoice, or order number from kianstudio.store.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order at info@kianstudio.store with your order number and request.
- Once your return request is approved, package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Send the package to our registered studio address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refunds & Inspection
- Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect its seal and packaging condition within 3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (WooPayments / Stripe / Credit Card) within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
- If the seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to decline the refund or offer a partial reimbursement in accordance with consumer protection law.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged during transit, please photograph the outer package and damaged bottle immediately and contact us at info@kianstudio.store within 48 hours for a replacement.
